Who we are

SANDJAR GROUP CRM is an internal work tool operated for SANDJAR GROUP and its staff and invited collaborators. It is not a public service: only accounts that an administrator has explicitly allowed can sign in.

What we collect

• Google account basics when you sign in: your name, email address and profile picture, provided by Google through OAuth. We request no other Google scopes and never access your Gmail, Drive or Calendar.
• Work content you enter: clients, projects, tasks, notes, comments, attachments, wiki pages and chat messages.
• Meeting recordings and transcripts mirrored from the linked transcription service, where your team has enabled it.
• Technical logs: request timestamps, IP addresses and error traces needed to keep the service running and secure.

How we use it

Solely to provide the CRM to your organisation: authenticating you, showing you the work you and your colleagues have recorded, sending you notifications you have opted into (email or Telegram), and generating AI summaries, answers and search results over your organisation's own content. We do not sell data, show advertising, or use your content to train models.

Processors

Data is hosted on servers we administer in the European Union. To provide AI features, relevant excerpts of your content are sent to Anthropic (language models) and Voyage AI (embeddings) under their API terms, which exclude training on customer data. Google provides sign-in. Telegram delivers notifications only if you link a Telegram account yourself.

Retention and deletion

Content stays for as long as your organisation keeps its workspace. Administrators can remove users and delete records at any time; deleted records are purged from backups within 30 days. When your access is revoked, your session ends immediately and your profile is retained only as the author label on work you created.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its processing. Write to vovababin@gmail.com. Sign-in through Google can be revoked at any time from your Google account's security settings.
